Tell the state how COVID-19 has affected your family

Since COVID-19 began disrupting lives back in March, have you had experiences that you think Massachusetts officials should be aware of?

If so, there’s still time to let them know.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health extended its deadline to complete a Community Impact Survey on COVID-19 until Oct. 30.

The online survey is one way Mass DPH can hear directly from residents on how the virus pandemic is affecting them. Survey questions focus on people’s experiences during the pandemic, including protection from COVID-19, symptoms and testing, access to healthcare, obtaining essential supplies, physical and mental well-being, and housing, education, employment, and income impacts.

The survey is anonymous and can be completed by anyone age 14 or older who lives in Massachusetts, according to Mass DPH.

Once complete, a list of resources on how to connect with community supports, like food and economic assistance, mental health and substance use services, and parenting resources, is provided.

Interested in sharing your experience? Take the survey here.
